Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Instaci (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Instaci captures Instagram live comments (username and comment body) and stores them so you can review and work with them. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or excessive automated traffic
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service

Your content and Instagram data

You retain rights to content you submit. By using the Service with connected Instagram accounts, you grant us a limited license to process comment data as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for complying with Meta's terms and policies for any Instagram account you connect.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that captured comments will be complete or timely.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instaci and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the product. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
